Shipping & Delivery Policy

Local Delivery – Barcelona

We offer same-day delivery within Barcelona for all fresh flower arrangements and selected homeware items.
Orders placed before 14:00 are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 14:00 will be delivered the next day.

Delivery is available Monday to Saturday. No deliveries are made on Mondays or Spanish and Catalan public holidays.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location within the city.

Same-day delivery is subject to availability and may not be possible during peak periods, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange the earliest possible delivery.

No deliveries are made on Mondays or Spanish and Catalan public holidays.

Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Fresh Flowers

Fresh flowers are delivered exclusively within Barcelona to ensure quality and freshness.
We do not ship fresh flowers outside the city.

All floral deliveries are hand-delivered by our team to maintain product integrity.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive floral deliveries. If flowers are left in a safe place at the delivery address upon customer instruction, YOFIA is not responsible for damage or deterioration once delivery is completed.

Homeware & Non-Perishable Items

Homeware items such as vases, ceramics, and décor pieces can be shipped throughout Spain.
Standard processing time is 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Shipping times within Spain typically range from 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.

Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Delivery Issues

If there is no answer at the delivery address, our courier will attempt to contact you.
A second delivery attempt may require an additional fee.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, or for delays caused by courier disruptions beyond our control.

Store Pickup

You may choose free in-store pickup at our Barcelona shop.
Pickups are available during regular business hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification unless otherwise agreed. Orders not collected within this timeframe may be cancelled and refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
