Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Some products and services offered by YOFIA may be available as recurring purchases or subscriptions.
Subscription Management
You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time before the next scheduled billing date. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next delivery or billing cycle to take effect.
Subscription management can be done by contacting us directly at Yofiaflowers@gmail.com. We are happy to assist with any changes.
Cancellations
Once a subscription order has been processed or prepared for delivery, it cannot be cancelled for that cycle. Any changes made after this point will apply to the following delivery.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, subscription deliveries that include flowers are non-refundable once prepared or dispatched, except where required by law.
Billing
Your selected payment method will be charged automatically according to the subscription frequency you choose. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled.
Price Changes
If subscription prices change, you will be notified in advance, and the updated price will apply only to future billing cycles. You may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
